PCH Technology LLC: Registered in Dubai, UAE (Registration No. 1981062), with a registered address at One by Omniyat 2504, Dubai, UAE. PCH Technology LLC serves as the technology provider for Prop.com, responsible solely for hosting and maintaining the platform. PCH Technology LLC is not involved in the issuance or offering of any investment products.

All investment products listed on Prop.com are issued and offered either by Prop Securitisation SCS, a securitization entity incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under Registration No. B278565, or by any other wholly owned subsidiary of Prop Holding Limited. The exact issuer is always clearly stated in the terms and conditions of each individual investment product.

The management of Prop Securitisation SCS is undertaken by Prop Management SARL, which is also incorporated in Luxembourg and registered under Registration No. B274239, both with a registered address at 2C Parc d'Activités, 8308, Capellen, Luxembourg. Please be aware that these entities are not subject to direct regulatory oversight regarding the offerings presented on Prop.com. However, they operate in full compliance with applicable regulations under The European Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

All Prop Securitisation SCS investment products comply with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) Luxembourg. Additionally, all investment products issued by Prop Securitisation SCS are independently audited by Ernst and Young Luxembourg and are created with the assistance of Creatrust Advisory Luxembourg.

All real estate services are offered by PCH Real Estate LLC, a real estate company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered address at One by Omniyat 2501, Dubai, UAE. PCH Real Estate LLC is duly registered with the Dubai Economic Department (DED) under License No. 1142989 and licensed by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under Registration No. 34344.

‍PCH Technology LLC, Prop Securitisation SCS, and Prop Management SARL are wholly owned by Prop Holding Limited. Prop Holding Limited is incorporated under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with a registered address at DD-14-124-027, Al Khatem Tower, WeWork Hub 71, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Company Code 15727).
