At 17, Tobias interned at e.less systems GmbH doing energy market calculations and predictions for major European energy suppliers. Tobias worked his way up to managing director, honing his skills in data analysis, demand forecasting, and systems integration.

Now heading technology at Prop.com, Tobias leverages his blockchain expertise to streamline digital real estate investing through smart contracts and decentralized finance applications. His focus? Enhancing accessibility by eliminating investment friction points.

When not spearheading tech innovation, you'll likely find Tobias riding enduro or trail, spending the day on the racetrack.

Ian is a driven professional with a unique ability to blend creativity with analytical thinking. His expertise spans data architecture, digital transformation projects, and business process management (BPM). As a key player in large IT infrastructure tenders, Ian has honed his skills in negotiating mutually beneficial deals.

With a background in product development, people management, design, and business intelligence, Ian leverages big data to drive strategic decisions for Prop.com. His passion for contemporary art, expressed through collaborations with a Rotterdam-based art collective, fuels his creative side.

Ian's commitment to creating an impactful legacy extends beyond his professional endeavors. He founded the Boost Foundation, an organization focused on building schools and enhancing primary education in underprivileged rural areas, reflecting his dedication to making a positive difference.

As a father, Ian cherishes the opportunity to raise his son in Dubai, a city that promotes family values, hard work, diversity, and respect for one another. His love for what he does and continuous eagerness to learn set him apart.

Roger's diverse background and passion for global exploration fuel his expertise in driving growth for Prop.com. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Durham University (UK) and a Master's in International Communication Management from The Hague University (Netherlands), he combines academic rigor with real-world experience.

Roger played a pivotal role in expanding Saxo Bank and Swissquote Bank's footprint in the MENA region through strategic marketing leadership. During his tenure at Swissquote Bank, successful campaigns contributed significantly to making the Dubai office the most profitable regional branch.

An avid traveler who has visited nearly half the world's countries, Roger brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets. As a passionate trader and real estate enthusiast, he seamlessly aligns Prop.com's offerings with investor needs.

Outside of work, Roger embraces family life with his wife and young child, blending his Danish roots with his love for Dubai's sun since moving there in 2014. His commitment to integrity and responsibility extends beyond professional boundaries.

With a Master's degree in law from Vilnius University and a steadfast commitment to ethical conduct, Robertas brings a wealth of expertise to Prop.com's compliance efforts. His journey began with internships in the Lithuanian court system and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he honed his legal acumen. Driven by a desire to combat financial crime, Robertas transitioned to AML compliance, serving as a Transaction Monitoring Specialist at Western Union and later specializing in Suspicious Activity Reporting at Binance.

Robertas is known for his unwavering honesty and integrity, ensuring that Prop.com operates within the highest ethical standards. He's always cheerful  and quickly puts those around him at ease, contributing to a positive and transparent work environment.

Outside of work, Robertas enjoys keeping up with global politics and current affairs. He loves staying active, frequently visiting the gym and playing basketball and football with friends. And is an avid gamer.
